You’re in control! Modify your subscription anytime by logging into your account. You can  adjust your coffee selection, and update payment or shipping details as needed.

We understand plans can change. You can skip up to two shipments in a row without any issues. However, if you skip three consecutive shipments, your subscription will be marked as inactive. The same rule applies if you skip a shipment immediately after resuming or if you skip 4 out of 6 shipments.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but please do so at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for that cycle.

For every dollar you spend, you’ll earn 1 Peasy—our exclusive, redeemable points. As a subscriber, you’ll unlock Enhanced Peasies, earning 2X the regular points on every order. Accumulate Peasies and redeem them for discounts, exclusive products, or special gifts. It’s our way of welcoming you to the Nice Attitude Club!

Inactive subscriptions will lose the enhanced Peasies benefit, and your Peasies balance will be reduced by half. When you reactivate your subscription, only Peasies earned from that point forward will qualify for the enhanced rate.

You can redeem $5 off for every 100 Peasies. Please note, Peasies cannot be redeemed on subscription orders, as subscriptions are already eligible for special discounts.

Active subscribers can qualify for additional discounts based on their average order size over the last three shipments. Receive an extra 5% off if your average order exceeds $60, or 10% off if it exceeds $80.

Your subscription will be billed automatically at the beginning of each cycle, based on the plan you select. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available on our site. You can view and manage your billing details by logging into your account.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most shipments arrive within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive a notification email with tracking information once your order ships.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your coffee arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with your order, contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your shipment, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. Refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis and typically appear within 5-7 business days.
