At Breasy Coffee, we’re all about delivering top-notch coffee straight to your door. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. But don’t worry, if your coffee arrives damaged or you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Damaged or Unsatisfactory Orders
If your coffee arrives in poor condition or doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact our customer service team at easy@breasycoffee.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
2. Refunds Process
Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days after we’ve reviewed the situation. Refunds will typically appear in your account within that timeframe.
