DELIVERY TIMES

We ship across Canada! Once you place your order, we’ll get it processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll get an email notification with your tracking info as soon as it ships. Delivery times are typically between 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and peak periods. If there’s a delay, we’ll let you know via email.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate from CAD 6 to CAD 10 based on your location and the size of your order.

CHANGING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

Need to update your shipping address after placing an order? Get in touch with us ASAP at easy@breasycoffee.com

If the order has already shipped, any extra costs for redirecting the package will be on you.

DELAYS

If your order is delayed, we’ll notify you via email. If you don’t receive your package within the estimated delivery time, contact us and we’ll help sort things out.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. Any adult present at the address can receive it. If the package looks damaged, please don’t accept it and notify both the carrier and our customer service right away.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
