This coffee comes from the San Rafael Farm in Colombia, a third-generation heritage estate where coffee has been cultivated for around 50 years. About a decade ago, the farm began planting unique varieties beyond the region’s usual crops to compete in the Cup of Excellence. For the past seven years, they have actively participated in these competitions, achieving an impressive second place in 2021.
